Everybody wants to be happy.
“Meditation”, “Mindfulness”, “self-books”, are everywhere: wellness apps, youtube videos, books, videos, classes, articles, etc. Often the mentality is “what can I get.” But the approach when tweaked, can be drastically more powerful:
It’s about what you can give.
Meditation will allow you to love yourself better. By loving yourself better, you will naturally love others more. And just like personal training or therapy, we believe there is immense value in one on one relationship: tailored mindfulness practices specific to you. This is for two reasons:
1) One size does not fit all.
All the wellness content out there about how to be happy is great, but everyone is at different stages: some have a regular wellness practice, some can’t sit still for more than 2 seconds; some are both. Custom programming allows us to meet you where you are to maximize your joy.
2) Being accountable to someone else is key.
We keep you accountable to your practice. By having consistent, regular sessions with a coach every week or beyond - just like the gym - you won’t be able to skip taking care of yourself and your team. Tracking against weekly intentions and goals with someone is critical so you become who you’ve always wanted to be.
